Alberta real estate is booming. This is of course no surprise. But how about a real estate market that is so hot trailer homes are selling for $250,000. Fort McMurray Alberta is possibly the hottest real estate market in the country. They can't sell homes fast enough, or build them fast enough. And, they are running out of development space. The Globe and Mail reports on the perils of a "Boomtown."
